Lead Wise ("Lead Wise", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information, and how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Because we operate across Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, it also covers how information is handled when it moves between those regions.
Lead Wise is a lead-generation business that sources, qualifies and delivers prospective customer enquiries to a network of vetted partner businesses. Our registered entity is Lead Wise Pty Ltd (ABN 54 650 552 702), with operations across Melbourne, the Gold Coast, London and Brussels.
You can contact us about privacy at any time using the details in section 13.

This is central to how our service works. When you submit an enquiry, you understand and agree that your personal information (such as your name, contact details and enquiry details) may be disclosed to one or more of our vetted partner businesses so that they can contact you about the product or service you enquired about.
We may also disclose personal information to:

Where you have consented, or where the law otherwise allows, we and our partners may send you commercial electronic messages (such as email or SMS) in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every commercial electronic message we send will identify us as the sender and include a functional way to unsubscribe.
You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us using the details in section 13. If we contact you by telephone, we comply with the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
Because we operate in Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, your personal information may be stored or accessed in, or disclosed to recipients located in, countries outside Australia — including the UK and the European Union. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable law.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function properly if you disable them.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps include access controls, secure storage and staff training.
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We will respond within a reasonable period. In some cases we may be permitted to decline a request, in which case we will explain why in writing.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details in section 13. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly.
